The weather in the UK hasn’t been fantastic or dependable; one minute it’s raining, the next its sunny and then there’s a mini tornado but if you live in the UK, this is what we consider a normal summer. It wouldn’t be a British summer if the population didn’t experience 4 different weather fronts in one week.
The weather hasn’t stopped me from me enjoying myself although picnics and romantic walks in the park have been placed on the back burner until the weather improves (if it ever does!). Bad weather means I prioritise dates that are indoors such as art galleries, dates involving private time (who doesn’t) and dinner dates. As a massive foodie and an African escort, I enjoy eating and discovering new cuisines and restaurants and I wanted to share some wonderful restaurants that I have tried in the past that left me excited and wanting more. I’m sure for many other African escorts, these restaurants will be on the top of their list.
Pan-African cuisine I feel is criminally underrated and pushed to the side when it should be celebrated and loved. As a result, I’ve decided to compile my favourite restaurants that celebrate food from my beautiful, rich, continent, Africa!
The décor is not cliché, the atmosphere is chilled and the service is 5 star! If you love seafood like me, I would highly recommend the prawns and don’t get me started on the cocktails!
If you want something slightly more refined and elegant, then this is the place for you! The dishes may be small and pretty but the tasting menus that are available will leave your belly full.
